K eep it simple.  The Business Office will patiently walk you through each facet of your coverage.  Medical reimbursements and coverage policies are often complicated, and it is our job to help bear that weight.

Private Payment

If paying out-of-pocket, we ask that you pay upon admission for the first 30 days room and board.  Moving forward, payment is due upon receipt of your monthly statement.  Any unused portion will be refunded.

Supplemental / Commercial Insurance

Upon admission, please provide a copy of all insurance cards which will assist the Business Office in billing insurance carrier(s) for care rendered.

Medicare Benefits / Medicare Replacement Policies

The Business Office will make every effort to obtain Medicare benefits.  However, Medicare-insured residents are responsible for health care costs not covered by Medicare.
